On February 10, 2020, the AGEC law, known as "Anti-waste law for a circular economy," was enacted in France. This law aims to accelerate the change of production and consumption model to limit waste and preserve natural resources, biodiversity and climate. 

Article 13 of the AGEC law (L 541-9-1 of the Environmental Code) and its Implementing Decree No. 2022-748 of April 29, 2022, relate to consumer information on the environmental qualities and characteristics of waste-generating products intended for consumers, including those using a website, platform, or any other online distribution channel.

Starting January 1, 2023, a digital display system will allow consumers of these products to learn about:
For products: REP - 12° Toys:
- Recyclability,
- The presence of hazardous substances

This applies to:
• Toys as defined in Article 2 of Decree No. 2010-166 of February 22, 2010, relating to toy safety.
• Models, puzzles, and board games

Items not covered: Writing or drawing articles and products covered by Article L 541-10-1, Section 5.

At Les Déglingos, constant attention is paid to child safety. Each toy undergoes a qualification and testing process by an accredited independent laboratory. All our toys comply with the European standard NF-EN 71 and bear the CE mark, which certifies their compliance with this regulation:
EN71-1: for the inspection of seams and all "mechanical" aspects of the toy
EN71-2: to verify that the materials do not exhibit any abnormalities when exposed to fire
EN71-3: to verify that the materials used do not contain any substances that could be toxic to children
And to go further, plastic parts that can be placed in the mouth by children, such as PVC, are tested for the absence of phthalates (endocrine disruptors).
Finally, our products do not contain hazardous substances as listed in the REACH directive, at more than 0.1% of their mass.
